We do not employ loads of office staff and non-productive staff. Every member of CMJ has their own unique role to play, as with alot of sub-contractors they carry very little tooling and machinery hence they have to hire equipment so obviously the cost is carried forward to the customer. All our site vehicles are fully equipped so we therefore hire very little machinery to assist us in our work.
